Chazz rubbed at his eyes, leaving the red slyfer dorm, no luck sleeping again. But he was preparing himself to bump into the only person that lived in his head rent free. (Something-2-prove. Chazz is always thinking about Jaiden, i cannot be convinced otherwise XD)

Jaden was around and spotted the rival quickly. “Chazz!!” His cheeerful voice cut through the silent and calm morning.. Already he was rushing over to his friend. “How are you? did you sleep well?!”

A low groan rumbled through his throat as the annoyingly perky voice pierced his skull through his ears. He would be surprised if he brought his hands to his ears and didnt find blood.

"I dont see why thats any of YOUR buisness." He snapped back, as he usually does. But there wasnt as much bite in his tone this time. The lack of sleep was starting to catch up with him. Taking its toll on his energy.

Jaden stopped for a second before pouting. “Because i care...?”He replied softly stepped forward to peer at Chazz, innocently. “ You don’t look too good actually..shouldn’’t you go rest some more..”The chilish hyper act was gone already replaced with seriousness and concern.

A part of Chazz’s mind screamed at him to NOT fall behind. Always succeed. Always reach for the top. ALWAYS.

Sheesh, even after cutting off all ties, he can still hear his family’s scolding and “tutoring” echoing inside his skull.

“And let you get ahead of me? Yeah right.” He answered with a scoff, staring ahead of him like his invisible obstacle was INSULTING him. This wasnt the first time he had run on so little sleep. He’d succeed then, he’ll succeed now. (Even though his grades did show less perfection than hed like when he was like this. He always came back with a vengeance in these tests.)
